At Conforge, we work for organizations where we can make a drastic change in the overall development of the organization and their customers lives, in short we want to touch and satisfy more individual lives through our customers and their products.
As a consultant we think for you , it’s our deep understanding “You can not think out of the box, by remaining in the box” , and being in the box means being in your business with involvement , feelings and emotional attachments and we even understand these are the essential parts of any business too , But attachments start playing crucial role, they take charge and they are against change and change is equal to development, innovation, and growth.
That’s why we don’t have any fixed formula to build any particular business, and we understand the reality that there is no fixed formula for anything, some strategy worked yesterday may not work today , and that’s why, companies with fixed agenda and fixed strategy can never grow beyond certain point, Change is essential ingredient of everything.
